The BWPL Committee have agreed a course of action following the non-playing of last weekend's men's Division 1 game between Polytechnic and City of Manchester at Aldershot.
The Manchester team arrived too late for the fixture after experiencing long delays on their journey south due to a motorway accident.
Having considered various options the League rules suggest, the BWPL Committee agreed the match could not be rearranged and awarded the points to Polytechnic, with a 0-0 scoreline.
