Manchester were quickly five goals up and scored consistently throughout to win 25-12. Leading scorers were Joe O'Regan (4), Jordan Elliot (4), Cam Richards (4), Dan Paddon (3) and Aron Ando (3). Joe Jenkins-Delf netted four for Wanderers.
Lancaster trailed Invicta 4-3 after the first quarter but scored the next five goals - by John Pratt (2), Glen Robinson, Jordan Titley and Matt Calvert - to set up a 9-6 victory.
York City edged out Newport 13-12 in a Division 4 thriller, the lead changing hands several times. Chris Burns, Nick Boaz and Will Tomlinson claimed hat-tricks for York, who will be grateful to their goalkeeper Andy Morris for a penalty save midway through the match.
Ben Alderson scored six as Rotherham Metro defeated Bridgefield 18-10. In men's Division 5, Cambridge claimed their first win - 11-9 against Chester.
