Three late goals by Laura Fox earned Welsh Wanderers a 6-4 victory over Liverpool Liver Birds at Marlborough College after her team had entered the final period trailing 4-3.
It was the Welsh team's second win of the day and kept them in contention for a Championship 1 place in the second half of the season.
Mid Sussex Marlins remain top after they maintained a perfect winning record with an 8-4 defeat of Manchester Comets. Marlins were only 5-4 ahead until last quarter goals by Isobel Bates, Gemma Deacon and Lucy Deacon made sure of the points.
