Senior LEN official Jacques Racine, whose visit to the BWPL at the start of the season for seminars focusing on new rules was such a big success, is to return – as delegate at the Super 5s finale in Coventry, 21/22 March.
Jacques, from Switzerland, ran a clinic for delegates at Ponds Forge in September, followed by a seminar for members of the League’s referees’ panel.
Jacques has been a member of LEN Technical Water Polo Committee since 2004 and lectures at the LEN refereeing school. As a referee, he officiated in more than 180 internationals. He was also a FINA TWPC member for a number of years.
