Goals by Lily Boneham and Cara Dunsbee launched the recovery, finished off by two strikes from Emily Rickards.
In another dramatic ending, Coventry wiped out a 9-5 deficit against Sheffield Sharks to win 12-11. Sheffield were still 11-9 in the lead at the end of the third quarter, but Coventry clinched the points with late goals by Sophie Linney, Ella Cotton and Danni Elliot.
City of Manchester remain in top spot, outplaying Cheltenham 24-5, including another seven goals by Izzy Howe.
