City of Manchester maintained their 100 per cent record in men's Division 1 at Cardiff today with a remarkable, last-ditch victory over Lancaster.

Joe O'Regan began the Manchester recovery with a couple of powerful long-range goals at the end of the third. Tom Curwen made it 6-4 to Lancaster at the start of the last - and that should have seen his team home. But a goal by Aaron Winstanley with 2.44 remaining breathed new life into Manchester. They levelled through Dan Padden and it was Guive Shafie who notched a smart winner - with just 1.14 to go.
Caledonia went down 13-10 to Team Northumbria, struggling from start to finish to contain American left-handed pit forward Zach White, who scored ten of his team's goals. Four-goal Callum Bailey led Invicta to a 10-3 win over Sheffield.
