Cheltenham took over top spot in men's Division One after completing a hat-trick of wins during the British League's first visit to the Mountbatten Leisure Centre, Portsmouth (11/12 October).
On day two, they easily swept aside Invicta (20-10) and Polytechnic (20-11) and are now more or less assured a place in the Super 5s. Bristol Central also won their matches against the same opposition - Polytechnic (13-11) and Invicta (20-9).
In Division Two, also at Portsmouth, Croydon Amphibians won their three matches, ending Sutton & Cheam's unbeaten record with an emphatic 15-6 victory.
