Olympic referee Frank Ohme, of Germany, put BWPL's new intake of academy refs through their paces at Ponds Forge, Sheffield, this weekend.
Frank chatted to the young officials about his Tokyo experiences - as well as highlighting some of the new applications of rules - on Friday evening, prior to watching some of them in action during matches in the 24-game women's programme at the pool.
