The Scots started strongly and led 6-4 at the end of the first period with goals by Hannah Edwards (3), Nicola Tate (2) and Francesca Collings. However, Coventry were narrowly ahead by the end of the second quarter and maintained an advantage to the end. Elizabeth Kennedy (6) and Fran Clayton (5) were the chief Coventry scorers while Nicola Tate finished with six for Caledonia.
